What can I expect from The NBA Exhibition?
Focusing on the lifestyle, culture and history of the NBA (National Basketball Association), the bespoke exhibition provides experience for all ages with multiple touch points to interact with the World’s number one sport league. Combining the NBA’s rich and storied past with the current generation of standout players, ‘The NBA Exhibition’ takes visitors on a journey of discovery across over 20 different themed sections.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 45 to 60 minutes.
Is there air conditioning?
The exhibition is at a constant temperature.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual, player and team stats are all written & there are descriptions for each section; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Are there special tickets for carers?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won’t be strobe lights.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Can children do VR alone?
Yes, they can.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?
The exhibition is a walk through exhibition and we have limited seats available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Within The District Docklands precinct there are restrooms available.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on the capacity at that time. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with elevator access available on site.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Wheelchairs are not available to rent at this exhibition.
Is there parking available?
The District Docklands offers 90 minutes of free parking. If you are planning to stay longer, calculate your parking
here. The District is also in the free tram zone.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Is there an age requirement?
No, the experience is suitable for all ages. Children up to 3 years old do not need to have a ticket to access the experience.
Are strollers/prams allowed?
No, unfortunately they are not allowed within the exhibition
Are cloak checks available?
No, there is no cloak check service available.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets at the box office, however, we recommend purchasing in advance on our platform in order to guarantee availability during that time.

There are no Military discounts for this exhibition.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please

Can I make a Group Booking?

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
