What can I expect from The NBA Exhibition?
Focusing on the lifestyle, culture and history of the NBA (National Basketball Association), the bespoke exhibition provides experience for all ages with multiple touch points to interact with the World’s number one sport league. Combining the NBA’s rich and storied past with the current generation of standout players, ‘The NBA Exhibition’ takes visitors on a journey of discovery across over 20 different themed sections.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Queens Plaza, Brisbane. On the lower ground floor opposite the food court on the Queen Street Mall side.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 45 to 60 minutes.
Is there air conditioning?
The exhibition is at a constant temperature.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Majority of the exhibition is visual, player and team stats are all written. Also there are descriptions for each section.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
In each section, visitors can access an audio explanation on their smartphones by scanning a QR code throughout the exhibition area.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won’t be strobe lights.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There is a food court that is operational and two restaurants that are within a short walking distance to the exhibition.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Can children do VR alone?
Yes, they can.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?
The exhibition is a walk through exhibition and we have limited seats available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Within Queens plaza there are restrooms available.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on the capacity at that time. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, service animals are welcomed.
Is there an age requirement?
No, the experience is suitable for all ages. Children up to 3 years old do not need to have a ticket to access the experience.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with elevator access available on site.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Queens Plaza has paid parking. You can check car park rates

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are strollers/prams allowed?
No.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Wheelchairs are not available to rent at this exhibition.
Are cloak checks available?
No.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance with the accompanying purchased ticket, and the carer will be allowed in for free.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the entry of the exhibition, located on the lower ground floor opposite the food court on the Queen Street Mall side. However, we recommend purchasing in advance on our platform in order to guarantee availability during that time.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Is there a Military discount?
There are no Military discounts for this exhibition.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for The NBA Exhibition can only be
purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please
contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
